We at ANKH Systems have many non-Japanese staff members,
all of whom can communicate in Japanese. (JLPT N1 to N2 level)

Currently, all of our clients are Japanese companies, so Japanese skills are essential.
In the future, we would like to expand our sales channels to overseas clients,
but at least for now, business communication in Japanese is necessary.
As such, we are only accepting applications from people with Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 level or higher).

How I became an engineer

It all began with my enrollment in a software vocational school

I used to work in Human Resources in the French Navy, a job far removed from engineering. However, one day I decided to enroll in a software vocational school, where I discovered the joys of programming. That's when I decided to become an engineer.

Why I like ANKH Systems

Not your typical Japanese company - ANKH welcomes all

Before coming to Japan, I imagined that Japanese companies were "strict," required "working all the time," and were "rigid." But at ANKH Systems, it's quite the opposite. All the employees are friendly and there is little overtime work. Also, about 30% of the employees are foreign nationals, which is really rare for Japan. I love the welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
