ROBOT APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
Kicking off with the launch of Softbank's "Pepper" in 2014, the robotics market has become so active that 2016 was said to have been the "first year of robots", and a variety of service robots have recently been introduced to the market.
In such an era, we at ANKH Systems have also begun developing service robot applications to help our customers introduce robot-based solutions to their businesses. We develop custom-made applications for customers for whom existing packaged software is not sufficient. In particular, because we have foreign engineers in our company, we can develop robot applications not only in Japanese, but also in English and Chinese, so that they can be used for inbound tourist business, which has been booming recently.
AVAILABLE AT ANKH Systems
We provide all the planning, production, and development of robot applications, including not only applications that operate on a stand-alone basis, but also solutions that work with various existing systems such as CRM, integration with web clouds, integration with other terminals such as smartphones, tablets, and printers, and integration with external sensors.
There are no restrictions on the type of industry our clients are in, so we can provide robot solutions that meet the needs of our clients in both the BtoB and BtoC fields.
As of the beginning of 2017, the primary supported robots are listed below, with more robots to be added in the spring of 2017.
SERVICE ROBOTS "FOR PEOPLE"
The biggest difference between industrial robots that seek efficiency and precision and service robots is that service robots can provide services "for people" in a way that only humanoid robots can.
At present, service robots are mainly used in the fields of education, security, disaster relief, housekeeping, entertainment, nursing care, medical care, and reception. In addition to their charming appearance, service robots are equipped with multiple functions and degrees of freedom in order to meet various human needs.
For example, it has the following features.
With these, we can introduce robots not only for guidance and reception, but also in various other industries and situations!
Stay tuned for more robots in a variety of scenes!

ROBOT USE CASES
PERMANENT INSTALLATION IN STORES
By using facial recognition, robots can identify repeat customers to your store. They are able to analyze the personality, gender, age, and emotions of these customers and use this information as marketing data.
The robot can also be used to analyze customer traffic flow in stores by connecting to beacons, various sensors, and customer smartphone apps, etc. The robot can also help suggest recommended products, issue coupons, and give points for visiting stores.
Of course, the robots operate 24 hours a day. These tireless service robots play an active role in serving customers and gathering information in stores.
Robots can automatically administer questionnaires to customers with their charming speech.
The results can be sent to a web cloud via the internet, and the results of the customer analysis can be reported.
Softbank's "Pepper for Biz", for example, supports not only Japanese, but also English and Chinese. If you use "Nao", for example, you can also use French and Korean.
These robots can be used as concierges for foreigners, guidebooks for new products, floor guides, and even callers in stores.
SERVICES AT EVENTS THAT ONLY ROBOTS CAN PROVIDE
Facial recognition allows you to take pictures automatically.
The robot can take pictures of a large number of visitors and can be used for games at weddings and parties. It can also be used to play bingo, which is a great way to liven up an event.
